Hello Custer School District Community,

I am delighted to introduce myself and welcome each of you as the Director of Student Support Services at Custer School District. I have worked for the Custer School District since 2016 as a special education teacher at the high school. I began my role as the Director of Student Support Services in July 2023. It is an honor to be part of a community that values the inclusivity and growth of every student.

At Custer School District, we are committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for all learners. As the Director of Student Support Services, my focus is on ensuring that every student with unique learning needs receives the personalized attention and resources necessary to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our dedicated team of educators and support staff work collaboratively to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans that cater to the specific needs and strengths of each student. We believe in fostering an inclusive culture where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to reach their full potential.

I encourage open communication between parents, guardians, teachers, and our student support services team. Your insights and collaboration are invaluable in creating an environment that best serves the needs of our students.

If you have any questions, concerns, or would like to discuss your child's individualized education plan or 504 plan, please don't hesitate to reach out. Together, we can create a learning experience that sets the foundation for a successful future.

Thank you for entrusting us with the education and well-being of the children in the Custer School District.

Sincerely,

Stacey Boutain
