Monument Health recently launched a COVID-19 vaccine waiting list. Once a person is signed-up on the waitlist, Monument Health will manage the scheduling based on the priority groups deemed by the South Dakota DOH.
To be added to the waitlist please visit https://vaccineregister.monument.health to register, or you may also call 755-1350.
Please keep in mind that Monument Health is following the CDC and SD DOH guidance on priority populations. Monument Health will contact you to schedule your vaccination appointment based on vaccine availability and your priority category. Monument Health is now making appointments for the following subset of Group 1D: those over 80, dialysis patients, transplant patients, and active cancer patients. An updated expected vaccine availability chart is attached below.
You only need to register for this waitlist once. Additional registrations do not change your position on the list. If you need to make a location change, you will be able to do so once you are contacted by their scheduling team
