|Food Labels & Empty Printer Cartridges Turned into Cash for CSD|
|Please keep saving those labels and receipts. It just takes a second to cut off the soup label or Box Top. Please save those for either Custer Elementary or Hermosa School. They receive money for Campbell"s Soup labels, food UPC"s with the education logo; Box Tops for Education (on many food items and also on Ziploc, Hefty, Kleenex, Cottonelle, & Scott Products); Kemps Milk Lids; Land O"Lakes Milk Lids; Our Family food brand UPC labels & Lynn"s Dakotamart cash register receipts; Custer Co Market receipts. Hermosa School also collects Family Thrift cash register receipts.
The district also receives money for recycling empty printer ink cartridges for brands such as Lexmark, Cannon, Hewlett Packard, Dell and Sharp. (We no longer recycle used cell phones.)
Feel free to drop off any of the items at the CSD Administration Office.
These items may be dropped off at any elementary school or the administration office. Monies collected are used toward student programs such as Resident Artists, Field Day, and Family Fun Night.
